Reading the stories, reviewing the companies, safe & not, and the fact that there are so many people that appreciate this forum is an attest to how misguided people and employment relationships can be. I have both laughed and cried reading some of the stories because I can identify, I am in disbelief, shock and most importantly I know this is just the tip of the iceberg. Even more ironic are the names of the companies that are servicers of the very groups that they are marginalizing. There is just so mutch to unpack here! Honestly I can understand why when these stories are told they seem so unbelieveable because if you have never experienced these behaviors first hand you would think they are untrue. Which is yet another issue. Overall I applaud this forum. I think it is needed especially for our young people that are entering or in their first 10 yrs of their professional career. I have shared this forum with everyone I think would benefit from sharing their own stories to people that need to check their professional behaviors.
