Hi my name is Avery. I am an IT Consultant (zoom support, website, cybersecurity, remote/hybrid culture). I worked my way up from executive assistant to IT Director at a woc nonprofit, one of three when I started to one of 35 when I left over 8 years. As we grew I noticed anti blackness. As one of the oldest employees, I tried to call them in and it seemed to be received but I became a casualty. But it prepared me, for I use all the skills on my own business and recently became an artist that just had my first solo art show. #THEirLastSupperbynoni is one of my pieces. My grandmother taught me to make the world a better place for the person coming after me. That's ingrained in my spirit. I appreciate this space. And happy to support tech wise.
